COLOURS-Dealing with and understanding differences 

(ages 11-18)

The Colours card game focuses on helping individuals and groups recognize and deal with stereotypes and feelings about those who are “different”.  Differences among people are often the reason/excuse/rationale for bullying.  Seeing someone as different from us makes it easier and more acceptable to harm them.  Colours  works to help participants understand that something can be learned from those who are different from us.
